Staying at the Chelsea Victorian Gem was an absolute delight. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, dining options, and shopping. the flat itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a charming separate dining area perfect for enjoying meals. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, the added bonus of a beautiful garden space with a BBQ stand made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I was impressed by the responsiveness of the owner, Elena, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even bringing missing items to the flat promptly. Overall, a fantastic experience that truly captured the essence of upscale London living at an affordable price.
